Chief Marketing Manager

The magical sound of the «St. Moritz – Top of the World» brand conveys quality, trust, tradition, and lifestyle. We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer for the St. Moritz tourism destination to strengthen our team.
Your function involves
- Development and implementation of creative marketing strategies to boost brand desirability and St. Moritz as a destination.
 - Planning, organization, and monitoring of marketing activities, analysis of market and customer data, and teaming with other departments to develop effective marketing solutions (including cost and budget control).
 - Enhancement and positioning of the world-famous St. Moritz brand internationally and further development of the lifestyle, sport, and cultural business areas.
 - Management of projects and working groups of content creators, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.
 - Management of the Business Development Department and the Marketing and Sales Department (approx. 7 persons).
 - Joining in the effort to boost added value, extend the season, rejuvenate guests, and potentiate the summer, autumn, and winter seasons.
 
Your requisites
- Many years of proven (international) experience in marketing, communication, creativity, and project management – ideally including years of experience on the agency side – and a post-secondary degree in marketing/communication.
 - Deep understanding of future guest needs, markets, and behaviours as well as strong competencies in data analysis and strategic planning and positioning.
 - A service-oriented, intuitive mindset and curiosity for new trends coupled with a resilient, enthusiastic, and passionate attitude.
 - Strong editing skills.
 - Very good written and spoken German and/or English, knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
 - High affinity for lifestyle, culture, sport, services and a strong understanding of and passion for the St. Moritz brand.
 - Willingness for business travel (approx. 20%).
